Sandy will present his personal 32+ year “Texas” perspective about estate planning for wealthy clients. He will share with the attendees his observations about wealthy clients’ attitudes regarding the selection of fiduciaries, life insurance, privacy, charitable giving, family offices, asset protection, and more. Sandy will also share the various techniques he has used to assist wealthy clients in the preservation and transfer of wealth. The attendee will have the opportunity to compare  his/her experiences with regard to representation of wealthy clients with the author’s experiences and will also learn how certain cutting edge techniques can be useful in carrying out the wealthy client’s intentions.  SANDY BISIGNANO earned his JD from University of Notre Dame and MBA from University of Chicago.  He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He was Chairman of Probate, Trusts and Estates Section of Dallas Bar Association, 1992-1993 and President of Dallas Estate Planning Council, 1999-2000.  Sandy is a frequent speaker and lecturer at local, state and national estate and tax planning institutes and programs.
