Council Information

Welcome members to our web site. As we enter the high tech era, our plans include many new and exciting opportunities for our members to gain more from membership in the Dallas Estate Planning Council.

First and foremost, we plan to utilize the Internet to send our meeting notices to members via e-mail addresses. And since banks frown on accepting checks by fax or e-mail, we now accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for meeting charges on our Web Site.

Now, look at all the buttons. They will give you many sources for information and forums. Here is an explanation of each.


This is our complete roster. It can be updated every time there is a change or addition, so it is always current. WE ASK THAT MEMBERS REFRAIN FROM USING THE DIRECTORY TO SEND UNSOLICITED E-MAIL,FAXES AND REGULAR MAIL TO OUR MEMBERS.

This is also where you can make your reservations for the meetings. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express on this page. To pay by check, just print out the form and mail it with your check.  Registration is available three weeks prior to each meeting.

The Patron Program provides additional funds to support the Council’s activities.

The cost to be a Patron is $350.00 per year, starting immediately upon receipt of the fee and running through May 31 (calendar year runs June 1 through May 31). Patrons receive recognition in all of our meeting announcements, recognition at meetings and recognition on the website.  Patrons receive a link to their organization on the website. If you or your firm is interested in supporting the Council by becoming a Patron, just check the appropriate box on the enrollment form.


We are obtaining local organizations to sponsor our meetings to enable us to bring you the best speakers from around the country. The sponsorship price is $2,500 for non-profit organizations and $4,000 for-profit organizations. Each meeting can have  two sponsors. Each sponsor will receive (1) signage (council provides signage) at the meeting, (2) promo materials (sponsor expense) at the sponsor meeting, (3) one minute on the platform at the sponsor meeting, (4) recognition in all of our meeting announcements, (5) visibility on the website.   Please contact Teresa at if you are interested in sponsoring a meeting.
