Welcome members to our new web site. As we enter the high tech era, our plans include many new and exciting opportunities for our members to gain more from membership in the Dallas Estate Planning Council.

First and foremost, we plan to utilize the Internet to send our meeting notices to those members who have e-mail addresses and by fax to those who would so prefer. And since banks frown on accepting checks by fax or e-mail, we now accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for meeting charges on our Web Site.

Now, look at all the buttons. They will give you many sources for information and forums. Here is an explanation of each.

MEMBERS

This is our complete roster. It can be updated every time there is a change or addition, so it is always current. WE ASK THAT MEMBERS REFRAIN FROM USING THE DIRECTORY TO SEND UNSOLICITED E-MAIL,FAXES AND REGULAR MAIL TO OUR MEMBERS.

This will be the meeting notice for the upcoming meeting. It will be e-mailed to members with e-mail addresses and faxed to members who prefer fax.

This is also where you can make your reservations for the meetings. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express on this page. To pay by check, just print out the form and mail it with your check.

PATRON PROGRAM

The Patron Program provides additional funds to support the Council’s activities.

There are two options for Patrons: 

The cost to be a Patron is $250.00 per year, starting immediately upon receipt of the fee and running through May 31 (calendar year runs June 1 through May 31). Patrons receive recognition in all of our meeting announcements, recognition on the website and recognition in the printed directory.  If you or your firm is interested in supporting the Council by becoming a Patron, just check the appropriate box on the enrollment form and include your check for the proper amount. 

There is also a patron fee for $500.00 per year, starting immediately upon receipt of the fee and running through May 31 (calendar year runs June 1 through May 31). Patrons receive a link to their organization, recognition in all of our meeting announcements, recognition on the website, and recognition in the printed directory.   If you or your firm is interested in supporting the Council by becoming a Patron, just check the appropriate box on the enrollment form and include your check for the proper amount. 

SPONSORS

We are obtaining local organizations to sponsor our meetings to enable us to bring you the best speakers from around the country. The sponsorship price is $2,500. Each meeting can have two sponsors and the council will eliminate any conflicts between them -- i.e., no more than one bank per meeting, one law firm, one insurance company, etc. Each sponsor will receive (1) signage (at sponsor expense) at the meeting, (2) promo materials (sponsor expense) at the meeting, (3) one minute on the platform, (4) recognition in all of our meeting announcements and on the website, and (5) two complimentary seats at the sponsored meeting.
