This presentation will review the thought process to be used when deciding which assets to allocate to which gift, how to allocate post-death appreciation and income, and how to make sure that the executor documents and implements the funding.   Mickey Davis is a partner with Davis & Willms, PLLC in Houston.   He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law and is board certified in estate planning and probate law.
