Harry W. Wolff III is a partner with UHL Fitzsimons and counsels clients on a full range of legal issues related to taxation, business planning and succession, estate planning and probate.  He focuses his practice on sophisticated estate and business succession planning for high net-worth individuals, families and land owners, and has extensive experience in the preparation and filing of transfer tax returns and the formation, operation and governance of closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations.  He also advises clients on general tax planning, business succession planning for closely held businesses, reporting, and compliance matters. He is board certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
